Right of Free Resolution

In order to exercise your right of free resolution, the User must communicate to Martha Almeida Jewellery their decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement via postal mail, or by email to info@marthaalmeida.com.

To exercise the right of free resolution of the contract, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution be sent to Martha Almeida Jewellery within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the items by the User.

Regarding items produced according to specifications requested by the User, and as provided for in Article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, they are considered personalized products and, therefore, are excluded from rights of withdrawal. In these cases, the User may not exercise the right of free resolution, cannot return these items, and will not be reimbursed.

In the event of termination of this contract, the User must return the items in perfect condition, inside the original packaging, accompanied by the respective original invoice, guarantee certificates, gifts, and other documents that accompany them, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day they informed Martha Almeida Jewellery of the free resolution of the contract.

The items must be sent/returned to the address of the Martha Almeida Jewellery headquarters that appears at the beginning of these terms and conditions. The indication of the address is also available for permanent consultation at https://marthaalmeida.com/loja/

Return expenses will be the sole responsibility of the User, who must send the items with the possibility of tracking the order and must always keep proof of shipping.

Once all the conditions indicated above have been verified, Martha Almeida Jewellery will proceed to refund the payment made by the User, excluding delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 days after their return, and this will be done by the same method used for payment, with the exception of payments made via Multibanco, for which the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Return of Items

The User has 14 days from the date of delivery of the order (whether in national territory or other countries) to return the purchased items. To do so, the User must communicate their intention to return, indicating the order number, the item reference, and the reason for the return, sending this information as soon as possible via email to info@marthaalmeida.com. The item must be returned inside the original packaging, in perfect condition, with no signs of having been used or damaged, with the respective purchase invoice, guarantee certificate, gifts, and all elements that accompany the order.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the User, who must send the items with the possibility of tracking the order and must always keep proof of shipping.

Considering compliance with the return conditions, Martha Almeida Jewellery guarantees a refund within 14 working days (shipping costs excluded) through the same payment method, except for payments made via Multibanco, for which the refund will be made via bank transfer that the User should provide, preferably via email, to Martha Almeida Jewellery.

The return must be accompanied by a copy of the email previously sent to Martha Almeida Jewellery, packing the item(s) and respective elements in a sealed package for appropriate transport service.

Exchanges of Items

Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, via Pick-up or delivery to an address, it is possible to exchange provided the item arrives at the Martha Almeida Jewellery headquarters facilities inside the original packaging and is in the condition in which it was purchased, with the respective purchase invoice, guarantee certificates, gifts, and all documents accompanying the order. To do so, the User must communicate their intention to exchange, indicating the order number, the reference of the purchased item and the item for which they wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange, sending this information as soon as possible via email to info@marthaalmeida.com.

The User may exchange for another piece of equal or higher value.

The exchange can be made in person at the Store - Atelier during business hours or through a transport company.

If the exchange is carried out by a transport company, the shipping costs for the exchange will not be refunded and the value for the new shipment is the responsibility of the User.

All pieces are described with maximum precision and duly packaged. However, if the User is not satisfied or encounters any problem upon receiving them, they should immediately contact Martha Almeida Jewellery, which will strive to make it possible to resolve the issue.
