DELIVERY METHODS

Martha Almeida Jewellery offers two types of delivery for online purchases: delivery to the address provided by the Customer and collection of the order at our studio shop.

- Delivery to the address indicated by the User

Martha Almeida Jewellery generally ensures the dispatch of processed (paid) orders by 1:00 PM on the same business day or, when this is not possible, within a maximum of 48 hours, excluding customizations or items with a production notice.

The order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout; however, if you wish for it to be sent to a different address, the Customer must select the option to ship to a different address on the 'Checkout' page and fill in the required details accordingly.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the address to receive the order, and no prior notice from the carrier is required. For all purposes, it is presumed that any person at the delivery location indicated by the Customer is authorized to receive the order.

Martha Almeida Jewellery is not responsible for any damages or associated costs if the order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer, such as incorrect shipping address registration, impossibility of delivery at the indicated address due to the absence of the recipient or any other person, or failure to collect the order from the store or collection point.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Martha Almeida Jewellery always retains the legitimacy and possibility of exempting the Customer from shipping costs.

Martha Almeida Jewellery does not accept deliveries to P.O. boxes.

Mainland Portugal and the Azores and Madeira Archipelago:

Purchases made for delivery in Portugal are sent to the destination address, either with or without signature, depending on the option selected by the User during checkout. The standard mail service does not include an order tracking system. The registered mail service includes an order tracking system. The registered mail service with signature required includes identification and tracking for your order.

The delivery time is about 1 business day for mainland Portugal and 2 business days for the Madeira and Azores archipelagos (delivery times for the islands may be extended due to transport limitations).

Any delay in the delivery of items relative to the estimated dates provided does not entitle the Customer to any right of compensation from Martha Almeida Jewellery.

Europe and Other Countries:

International orders are sent to the destination address, with or without signature, depending on the option selected by the User during checkout. The registered mail service includes an order tracking system. The signature required service includes identification and tracking for your order.

The delivery time is about 3 business days for EU countries and 5 business days for other countries. Martha Almeida Jewellery is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders held at customs in destination countries. Costs related to customs duties and/or other taxes arising from restrictions in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Any delay in the delivery of items relative to the estimated dates provided does not entitle the Customer to any right of compensation from Martha Almeida Jewellery.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and vary by country.

- Order collection at the Martha Almeida Jewellery Studio Shop

For in-store order collection, shipping is free.

The Customer will receive an SMS as soon as the order is available for collection. You should only head to the store after receiving notification of availability from Martha Almeida Jewellery. Usually, the time for the order to be available for collection does not exceed 48 hours.

To collect your order, the Customer must go to the studio shop located at the following address:
